Seems like there was no strategy for healthcare workers with the covid mandate. The plan always seemed dumb on paper because there was low supply of healthcare workers, so it was weird to have a standoff with them. I think other occupations they def could've taken a risk to have a standoff but the healthcare sector wasn't wise since it's hard to get into the field in Canada.
