i moved here from the states and it is no comparison when it comes to big cities in the states, toronto still has it much better

I’m aware.

My original post wasn’t about comparison to the US. It was specifically that Toronto isn’t good for young black men.

I’ve been here for a number of years now and my conclusion still stands.

(And I say this as a relatively successful young black man who earns six figures)

The sick joke about this is, when black people get into education to correct the things they went through, they can't afford a house. The stats for post-high school aspirations for our kids is so low. Beaten through the public system and their community and just coast through life afterwards.
