Serious gun crime basically means using it, firing it, but short of a murder. smh. This is a reckless law by the liberals, instead of cleaning the streets and making it safe, this is what they do? These politicians don't live in the hood, they don't give a fuc.

hug a thug
i don't know about simple possession but if a man get caught letting it off on some "letting my gun talk for me" or some anything other than self-defense they shouldn't be lenient. if mans have had a history of shooting people they should not be lenient. but again if a man just has the hammer and he gets caught, i don't think he should necessarily get an automatic 3-7 years that's bullshyt. plenty of bruddas have illegal guns but it's soley for protection not offensive shootings.

these so-called demons on torontology should not be getting hella chances like those two brothers shooting at people in broad daylight while others are around, dumb shyt like that ought to get you 7-10 cause you willfully putting others in danger while on an offensive drill. fukk them type neeegas.:yeshrug:

If you carry a gun you already willfully putting others in danger. The reason you carrying is you not living right in the first place not for protection.

That's why mandatory minimums are good. We are not a gun society. There should be no consideration for the gun holder just because he's not shooting

sounds short-sighted.

narrow minded as hell.

i've already given examples of why some in these neighbourhoods NEED to carry at times, but yeah ignore the facts of life breh.

not at all

there's no examples (excuses) that will do. we all grew up here. how many of us "had to carry guns"? has more to do with what YOU ARE DOING than self defence.

there should be no legal defence to carrying a gun in a society that doesn't allow it. mandatory minimums are great for weapons

breh you sound like them right-wing cacs.

even the law (judges) have ruled against mandatory minimums because they don't consider individual circumstances, and they invariably come up/exist where the law/punishment doesn't fit the accused, hence the reason for case law and precedents and interpretation of law and the spirit of a law. lucky for us our judges aren't passionate emotional thinkers.

dispassionate legal rulings:wow:

i guess we'll just agree to disagree.
