you can get into trades via second career in a heart beat if you young and unemployed.
If you wanted to you could get grants in Toronto for youth starting business, you could go to a program like the remix project and get certified training for recording arts you can get funding for skill trade jobs easier than any other type of funding from the Ontario government while unemployed.
how many shooters and gang members even looked into any of this shyt for starters? it's not lacking... you can't force learning. learning happens at full clip when curiosity is already present hence these people have to be coming to the table not being funnelled there. if you need to be funnelled anywhere you might as well go sign up to job agencies and go that route. you asking the government to raise these kids, lead them to the water and make them drink. that's a tall order.... that's on their parents. the resources are already there. it's very unrealistic to do everything you are stating for someone and make them successful. you gotta have a drive for success not be driven to it.
i gotta disagree with you here breh, them nikkas don't even have a conception of life in that way. they often aren't even aware of those things as options. mre outreach and interventions would change things. increasing policing won't do shyt.
Police interventions are usually reactive.
they don't address the issue they come after there is one.
ALso i'm not saying all of em can be saved but i do believe most these guys are half decent with a shyt upbringing. I know cause i was raised with nikkas like this. mostly decent, no examples of how to truly improve and excel in life.
