Impact Wrestling is said to have been very pleased with their just-ended UK tour, with morale very high in the company.
PWInsider reports that according to a source in the company, there were “raves” backstage about the tour and the attendance, which saw most venues “packed” and lots of “TNA” chants each night.
Impact announced at Bound For Glory in the UK that the company will be returning to the TNA name at Hard to Kill in January, and people backstage felt the chants at the events on the tour proved that the company has more name recognition with TNA overseas. That has been reported as one of the reasons the company is returning to the original brand name.
One talent that they spoke to backstage noted that morale is the highest in many years, since they joined the company. There’s plenty of internal excitement about the company’s prospects in the new year once they return and have their new production studio in place.
