She really needs to let it go though because her in control of the company has been proven to lead to more disasters than wins.
She needs to give up control, keep a minority stake and maybe even become an on-air talent again because I enjoyed the hell out of her run ass a heel boss. She was surprisingly hilarious with her shenanigans.

Based on some of the stories coming out, she might be forced to give up majority control.

Will Dixie Carter lose control of TNA through late payment to Aroluxe?

Yesterday, we passed on the juiciest rumour of the day that Aroluxe, a Nashville based marketing and production company that employs former TNA wrestlers Ron & Don Harris, were negotiating with Dixie Carter to purchase a majority share of TNA and had been funding recent television tapings.

The story didn't make much sense on the surface, due to the small size and stature ofAroluxe. Why would they want to buy a national wrestling promotion like TNA?

A more plausible description of what the hell is going on at TNA headquarters has been given by Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, which suggests that all the talk of "investors" and a potential sale is a smokescreen for a company that is on the verge of bankruptcy and has had to cut some ridiculous deals to stay afloat.

According to Johnson, Aroluxe are not investors in the traditional sense of the word. Basically, they have taken over production of TNA Impact tapings in return for payments at a later date for those services and it is rumoured that if TNA defaults on those payments then Aroluxe would automatically own a majority stake in TNA:

"Since January 2016, TNA has been working with Aroluxe, a marketing and production company based in Tennessee that has taken over TNA's production as part of a deal that, according to multiple sources, sees Aroluxe handle all of the expenditures for TNA tapings and then sees TNA reimburse them for expenses as well as pay them for their services....

The word that has made the way around TNA performers in the past week is that a payment to Aroluxe is due imminently (one version of the story is that the payment is due today, another is that it is due Wednesday) and that based on TNA's contract with Aroluxe, if the payment is not made, Aroluxe would then be able to claim majority ownership of TNA Wrestling, leaving Dixie Carter a minority owner."

A logical conclusion would then be that Aroluxe may have no interest in running TNA long term and instead plan to sell their assets to the highest bidder in order to repay the money TNA owes them. That is speculation on my part, but makes a lot more sense than believing Aroluxe is a knight in shining armour come to save the wrestling promotion of a damsel in distress that is being spun in the wrestling media.

That's obviously a worst case scenario: maybe Johnson's story is bogus, maybe Dixie Carter will somehow pay up on time, maybe she finds a better deal or maybe Aroluxe has secret cash reserves that would allow them to lose millions of dollars bankrolling a Harris twins vanity promotion? But let's not pretend that we may be on the cusp of a bright new future for TNA with the way the cards are currently dealt for the company.

I never bought that story of her losing the company if she didn't pay the vendor she hired to produce her shows for a number of reasons but the fact that the deadline was this past Wednesday and nothing seems to have happened sorta tosses that one out the window.

I love that every 2 days there's a new report about TNA being sold & how it's pretty much inevitable at this point. And just random as fukk Dixie will tweet out something so unimportant as Robbie E resigning :pachaha:

Dixie must have found some coinage in the office couches while moving to the warehouse cause she is on a mini signing spree.

Sienna is the wrestler also known as Allysin Kay

Not sure why no pic of this guy in the tweet though.

If I was foolish enough to think she was smart enough to pull off an elaborate troll job, I'd think this was all a work.

Update On TNA Wrestling Being Sold, What Is Being Done To Make The Company More Valuable, Who Will Remain In Charge - Wrestlezone

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting TNA Wrestling is trying to restructure the contracts of some or all of their top stars so TNA can control their booking.

It’s believed that TNA started doing this with the idea that the company’s impending sale will give TNA more value if they have more control over top talents’ bookings, instead of the talent previously booking events on their off days. Newer contracts signed by talents saw TNA be in charge of non-TNA dates, and the deals are said to be for significant money, and TNA is also offering large money deals to non TNA contracted talents, which they had been doing several months ago.

It’s unknown if TNA will look at a house show tour now that they will be controlling talent bookings, because details about the possible sale are being kept quiet. According to one source, it was said that if and when the sale is completed, TNA could see a new investor will a big stake in the company, but Dixie Carter and John Gaburick would still be in control.

Whoever this investor is must have money to blow if he's leaving that dingbat in charge. He/She be better off just burning stacks of cash.

Or better off just creating their own wrestling promotion. Someone made a good point in the comments for the article when they asked why invest in a company if you'll be forced to retain the same people in charge who were responsible for the company being forced to look for investors to begin with? It makes no sense at all. :leostare:

TNA's already secured TV deals make it a better option than starting from scratch.
I think any investor should make removing control from Dixie's hands as deal breaker though.

Too many promotions out now. It's just better to concede and let Dixie have somewhat control. She should listen to the people in the wrestling business better though.

the investors should put some sort of clause that if xyz happens Dixie's control will be reduced to 49%, and then just scheme to make that happen
