2)Biden/Harris was doing speeches in 2021 calling on Senate Democrats to vote to kill the filibuster to allow them to pass the voting rights bill with a simple 51 seat majority instead of 60. Senators Joe Manchin and Kristen Sinema voted against the fillbuster proposal so they couldn't move forward.
