Valkyrie is a dyke
Korg is gay
Zeus was a fat Cuban
The dialog cheesy
You got all of these jokes, but then have these serious moments
Storm breaker all of a sudden has feelings

A lot of bullshyt. The way they portray the gods in this is bullshyt. Even in Moonknight, they made the gods seem weak.

Asgard is a joke.

Eternity, that whole scene was bullshyt. Like I said before, Tika whytitty needs to go. Or they simply don’t need to do anymore Thor movies.

Damn :mjlol:

You know for sure a Marvel a product is complete trash when even the die hard stan is trashing it :dead:

I didn't see anything wrong with the CGI in this ..the visuals were nice. Just about every other aspect of the movie though:huhldup:

YOU DEFINITELY DIDNT
WATCH THIS GARBAGE ON A BIG 4K TV.

WHOLE MOVIE LOOKS HORRIBLY FAKE
FROM START TO FINISH.

ONE OF THE CHEAPEST LOOKING
MARVEL MOVIES EVER
NEXT TO SHANG CHI.

ALL GREEN SCREEN.

watched it again. something about going back to an OG Avenger but having them have a little side story just makes it seem very small or something. i don't know how to explain it. i still want Thor movies, but after all the shyt he's been through in the past few years, this somehow felt forgettable instantly.

still unfairly hated on and better than that turd MoM

the "small" visuals (if any) might be due to stage craft.

it makes scenes feel like a stage play. everyone standing close together with camera angle less fluid, more fixed 4th wall.

compare with the sweeping epic broad shots of alien, original star wars, creh lawrence of arabia, dune ...

Something seems "off" about the way this was filmed and I can't quite figure out what it is. :patrice:

stage craft. they only just started using it for films. love and thunder being the first MCU movie using it.

StageCraft - Wikipedia

Gunn said the following when asked how much he will use SC for GoTG III
"Gunn, however, cleared any confusion right up. He replied to @NerfSolo with a surprisingly simple tweet: "None. All of our sets are too big for the technology." The director's answer makes sense given the films he has already helmed for Marvel Studios, which boast incredible sets and bring stunning otherwordly locations, like prison blocks floating through deep space to planet-shaped gods, to life. As such, the use of StageCraft may be unnecessary for the new movie."
