That's one thing I can respect about Soderberg. I think he really gets the black experience in America and it shows. He's a white guy and everything but he's just cool like he grew up with some black folks or something. Soderberg is good at handling black characters.

He usually handles race in a nuanced realistic manner. The riot episode was handled perfectly imo.

My goodness... the sheer amount of L's that got handed out this episode :wow:

My favorite one by far was Gallinger getting gassed up by the eugenics cacs about their racial superiority and especially how the negro hasn't amounted to anything only to stroll back into work and have to take orders from a supposedly inferior negro. And, when he reaches out to his fellow white breh and idol to save him from the madness only to be informed of the knowledge, creativity and accomplishments of that there black excellence and how he should strive to BE like him. I literally hit the :banderas:
