Another really strong episode of the show with a lot going down.

Great opening with Cocaine Thack getting Birdie out of bed in the middle of the night to work on solutions to the surgery w/Asian hookers The way it was shot and acted, you could really tell how coked up Thack was. Then it was great to see it culminated with them successfully performing the surgery later in the episode. When everything went thru okay I was

Birdie got a win there, but he's out here wasting pretzels and trying to score with Nurse Elkins but she clearly has her mind on Thackery.

Scheming dude taking an X-ray of his head and it taking an hr

Racist doc losing his daughter though, not for him but the kid

Algeron da gawd finally getting some recognition by Thack after he discovered his hard work in the basement and methods he came up with

Poor Cornelia though, she went from the high of catching Typhoid Mary. The scene where she tackled her was hilarious, to the chilling end of the episode where she is confronted by her soon to be father-in-law. When he entered the room I was like and him wanting her to call him dad. Dude basically said prepare to get raped in the future . I'm thinking she has to tell someone in the future or somebody is going to stop it .
