Nurse Elkins is looking like she is starting to feel Cocaine Thack 
. The actress who plays her has a pretty face, I bet once she is out of those old timey nurse outfits and let her hair down Thack would be 
I felt this episode did a good job with giving more attention to some of the supporting players like Abortion Nun and Hustleman aka Cleary. Dude stays on his grind, 60/40.
The racism back then was
as Dave Chapelle would say. From blonde doctor saying he doesn't have time for Algernon's nikka games to his wife saying did he apologize for his trickery to Birdie's sister asking if some of the black rubbed off when he got decked 
This episode had some pretty funny dialogue as well for a drama.
. " but that cac didnt want none that time 
....oh but best believe he dying before the season end cuz his hand touched that dude rat bite so karma bout to be a mufukka, shyt his whole racist family prolly gon get taken out 
...my dude algeron is by far my favorite character and its not just cuz he black but also because he seems to be hella innovative in his field just like thack....aint no doubt in my mind now that he's the captain's son tho cuz his wife just hates him and she specifically said "your mother is in the back" meaning the driver isnt his pops (well at least not biologically)....how long a nicca gotta wait to see this nurse nude tho

well for one they nvr even sorta implied that the driver was his dad (unless u take the driver calling him "my boy" as a implication) even when he talked to his mother she only brought up him not visiting her which means the driver is some kind of stedman most likely, secondly i see no other reason the wife would have such disdain for algeron and why algeron has had the opportunity to travel abroad to study and have such a high position off bat at the hospital....like for real, how many children of the help were that respected and praised by the household back in them days

The hospital director hustling that widow for an urn of pig's ashes. He ain't shyt.
Algernon low-key sonning everybody at the party was brilliant.

It seems he is PAWG-ing for Cordelia though. He definitely felt some kind of way hearing her fiancée's plans on taking her to San Fransisco. Although there's the growing sense of them indeed being half-siblings so I guess only time will tell us.
Technology is an amazing thing. Algernon was looking at that vacuum cleaner like "Take my money!"

Close-up of the hand touching the wound, numerous mentions of him not washing his hands, him putting his finger right in that baby's mouth. The writers must've been in the room like "Yeah, that fukker's baby is going down!"
