Saving these posts like I did in 2012 after you coli nikkas said Serena was done because she lost first round in the French open to Ginny. Dudes really saying she might not win a slam after literally cruising to the finals and coming close to winning after committing a million and one unforced errors
She'll win Wimbeldon and the U.S. Open and/or win the gold medal in Rio/US Open. Serena gonna end her career with 26-28 slams.

She's done breh, physically and somewhat mentally. I'm a stan but age has finally caught up with her as per her declining footwork over the last few years. You don't go 21-4 in finals to losing to Vinci (SF), Kerber & Muguruza. It's over no Big boss , that's still my goat

She's done when she stops making it to finals. Until then, she's not done.

Fed's made 3\4 slam finals in the last couple yrs and hasnt, even with the ersetter vs Djoko, come close to winning them, I fear thsts's where Serena's heading. I hear what you're saying insofar as she keeps giving herself chances she has a shot but mentally she's just had the WOAT GS run from USO to French, the other girls now see someone frail and vulnerable on the other side as opposed to a site loss, the cumulative effect is 3 setters against relative scrubs like Watson and Putinseva and losses against more accomplished players. I hope she proves me wrong but at 35 y/o her game can only go one way

She just needs to stop thinking about the record and needs to ignore the media overdrive about it when she gets to a semi/final.
Serena can still comfortably dominate the tour and win more slams at her age and for more years.

As to your second point, she is dominating the tour at present, just not winning slams. Plus at 35 I don't see sticking around post 2017 season at the most
