dimitrov with the choke of the year

tanking muzza just keeping everything in play with minimal effort

dimitrov up 6-4 *4-1, loses the double break advantage and loses tb

also up 5-2 in the 3rd set, lsoes that

has one match point at 5-4* and hits a return offa murray tank "here,i cant make it any more obvious" errani-like 80mph 2nd serve (lol) long. murray just smiled HARD knowing he wasnt gonna lose even if he wanted to

of course couldnt even have the decency to hold after that and got broken right after at 5-5

and thats how dimitrov said "thanks but no thanks" to an obvious tank and choked badly three times to somehow lose

one of the most hilarious and incompetent performance i've ever seen in my life, i'd laugh more if it didnt deny me a lot of money.

djokovic getting killed against goffin was amazing, hadnt seen him dominated that badly in a long long time, goffin was on point while joker lost all confidence. but we know how those end

federer will win cincinnati again i think

serena dominating like usual, bencic retired due to fatigue and injury and vika also retired, bit odd. probably serena/halepeno for the final

He isn't far away. Has he changed coaches recently? He may need to tweak a few things but he isn't far. Where brad Gilbert at?

Yea he parted from Roger Rasheed last month. I got the feeling he may be a late age slam winner like Stan. The talent IS there, just a mental block thing for him at this point.....AND his stamina never been the greatest

Stamina is fixable, he just has to want it!

Novak took some time sorting himself out albeit he had some injuries but when he switched up the diet and focused more he begun to whoop on people.

@VMR, do you know any breh that display power while looking effortless like Wawrinka ? I mean everytime I see Wawrinka hits, every shot looks and feel heavy and powerful and dude doesn't look like he's forcing it anyhow. This is crazy.

Right now or in general? Thats the benefit of using a heavy racquet and not a fly swatter like Nadal :sas1: I think hes got the heaviest racquet on the tour but I may be wrong on that.

@Warren If you decide to use babolat youre a ho :martin::pachaha:

i use Head racquets but most of them are ancient and im stubborn. Give me some sort of breakdown on what type of player you are and what you are looking for in a racquet (and price range) and i can come up with some suggestions for you. I do it all the time for people.

Straight up baseline player....I use a lot of power behind my shots so maybe something with more control? Lately my forehand has been generating a lot of spin not sure how and why as it never used to....I've recently picked up tennis again after not playing for years. Price range maximum £130 ($180) ish. I think I'd prefer a racquet that can handle my strength without worrying about it flying off and then out, maybe a larger head?

  • What racquet do you currently use?
  • When was the last time your racquet got strung and with what strings at what tension?
  • What grip do you use on your forehand? Semi-western?
  • How strong are you physically? Like can your wrist/elbow/shoulder handle a heavy racquet or nah?
  • What level do you currently play at and what would you like to play at?

Didn't know about that racquet weight, I thought he as simply really powerful. And yeah in general, do you have in mind a breh who looked as powerful as him ?

Jo Wily but his power doesnt look "effortless" as you suggested earlier about Stan..so if thats a part of the criteria of this subject then Wily is out. Does Fed count? He makes everything look effortless so maybe thats too obvious of a pick...Soderling had a type of effortless power. Id probably say Safin was more powerful but he was 4 inches taller. A reason why Stan looks so powerful is that he is relatively short. He's only 6 feet 180. Wily is 6'2 210 or so.

To be honest with you..I probably look like a beast out there to other players. Im 6'0 215..broad shoulders and strong legs. Eventually Ill get video of myself playing..The other day my friends bet me that they could return my serve so I served a whole hopper at them and they only made contact 1 time. I hit them both 3 times off the bounce...but they only got video for snapchat and said they couldnt track the ball :martin:A lot of people have said I hit the heaviest and fastest ball theyve seen but I dont see how its possible..although Ive never played myself so how am I gonna know :manny:
Lastly, this is my 15k post and thus my retirement post. Ive had it planned out for a while and attempted to conserve my posts but I failed. Leaving the country soon for a few weeks anyway. Ill prob lurk and communicate via PMs at times. Good luck with the racquet @Warren , hmu in the inbox if you have follow-ups to what I sent you and Ill try to get back. Farewell friends.
