The French Open public has always been terrible. No offense taken.[...]
sorry @Liu Kang but fukk these french spectators
Gasquet still has the most gracious 1h backhand on the circuit
me too
I only done tennis training for a year solid (mainly played football) and i had a one hand backhand, everyone else had 2 hands but i told the coach "I want to have a one hand backhand like federer da gawd" he kept trying to make me change
Why am i hearing boos when Wawrinka ties up the match

yeah think it was a bit of bothWhen a coach doesnt want to teach the one hander:
- Its easier for beginners to learn the two hander..especially juniors who dont have the strength to hit a one hander
- They probably dont know how to teach it
yeah think it was a bit of both
wish i started the sport at a very young age but like i said it was always football (soccer to you i guess)
did that training but knew i had no chance getting to a high enough level to compete (was 15 at the time)
yeah i just play it with friends in the park nowi see.
well its never too late to learn more. idk how much youve played since but its worth picking up as a sport at any age since you can play into your 70s. i know a lot of people who didnt play once until their late 20's/30s and they are decent players now..most of which can at least play a match without embarrassing themselves
it helps if you are still overseas (or in miami actually) as well because you can probably find more har-tru/clay courts than where i am and they are far more forgiving on your legs
yeah i just play it with friends in the park now
good sport to keep fit
