So Nadal falls behind Ferrer in the rankings to #5 :heh:

Does this mean he won't even be a top 2 seed going to Wimbledon? Are you seeded strictly according to ATP rank?

he'll be seeded 5th at Wimbledon. Wimbledon seeding is a bit different since they take into account what you did at the grass court lead up tournament (Halle or Queens) and your Wimbledon result from last year. Since Nadal lost in the 2nd round and not playing a tournament before Wimbledon and Ferrer made it to the QF last year and playing in a tournament this week, he'll get the points bump.

Nadal is 5th now since Ferrer gained points the months Nadal was out and because Nadal couldn't gain points by winning the French and Ferrer gained points for making the finals. They'll probably put Nadal in Ferrer's quarter of the draw and it won't skip a beat. Nadal is going to get a SH!T ton of points post Wimbledon tho so he probably will finish the year ranked #1 barring injury

I can't wait to see where Berdych and Tsonga fall. I think they can do damage

In the paper today, it said that Murray's pissed that the ranking system might end up giving a draw where he has face Nadal & Fed in his half of the draw and then if he does get to the final and if things go to plan then face Joker :damn:

If the seedings do turn out like that, then Berdych & Tsonga will end up in Jokers half of the draw. But the pair of them are great for 1 match vs the top 4 then when they will find a way to shyt the bed in the next match vs someone else in the top 4

Wimbledon does their own rankings

I think he'll be ranked 4

1. Djokovic
2. Federer (Defending Champ)
3. Murray
4. Nadal

:ehh:

Guess I just find it strange that since he's returned he's been to the finals of every tournament he's entered and still gonna be seeded behind Murray and Fed, who he's beaten twice this year.

Monfils just enjoys himself doing what he loves and he doesn't care about winning.
That's something I can respect. If I could do it, I'll do it.

Wimby's draw is out... that shyt cray. :wow:
'13 Wimby draw (PDF)

Potential quarters : Federer/Nadal, Murray/Tsonga, Djokovic/Berdych (Gasquet ?), Ferrer/Delpo...

Bottom half is incredible... Fed, Nadal, Murray & Tsonga ! For Federer to win this, he gotta beat Nadal in 1/4, Murray in 1/2 and Nole in final... If he does ? Legendary performance :damn:

Women's winner: Serena Williams

Men's winner: Rafa Nadal. If not him, then obviously it'll be Murray/Fed/or Djokovic. The usual basically

I'm going to keep my eye on the youngins: Gulbis, Dimitrov, Janowicz, Kyle Edmund, Roanic, and Tomic.
