From a WWE Business standpoint, Finn offers:
-Appeal to females because of his look and "swag" I guess.
-Appeal to males because of his indie background, comic book inspired look, and while he has "model looks," he still is relatable.
-Appeal to kids because of his attire, especially since Halloween is around the corner.

Which equals MONEY.

Rollins provides the same. Rollins is also a better wrestler and a better talker
