the first three names have been leaked by multiple people over the last 6+ months. the last one is a new addition that I haven't seen yet
sakura and a brand new character were also mentioned. people speculated that terry and mai were late game additions that pushed a couple characters back

Not in the same pack, I prefer new characters over legacy unless they’ve been gone for a long time, (Makoto, Fei Long, Sodom, Dudley). Unless there’s some major changes to Year 3 both characters are gonna be low tier out of the gate.
