It's the same deal he got in SFV. His V-Skill is a special now. VT1 is his 2-bar super.shyt, looks like Guile may have a perfect and imperfect sonic boom and flash kick.
In the trailer it did look like there were 2 different colored booms in there

They definitely hope to bring back the SF4 and SF5 players this time around. I like what I'm seeing, they took some features from DBZ Fighterz, MK11 and Tekken to make it look professionally done.
