If it can still be tk'd and doesn't have any height restrictions, his mix on knockdown seems like it'll be nasty.

Possible double overhead, empty teleport into throw or hard to blockable, or just a good bait of somebody tries to reversal out.

It can still be TK'd. Nikkas crazy but Capcom would never make teleport a single motion+3P man they ain't THAT crazy:dead:

The point of TK teleport in the first place is to bypass height restrictions. It's prob gonna make nikkas angrier in 6 because everyone is so tall compared to 5

As a Sim player tho I have no problems admitting that this nikka looks fukked up :huhldup: them nikkas know they wrong for making drill that damn fast:mjlol:

That's what I'm hearing that it's only a single direction, I'm hoping somebody drops a guide on him to confirm since people got to play early, cause I wanna see if they actually did change it to just a single direction.

think my top 3 to start with are definitely manon, marisa, and zangief

marisa having chargeable heavies that supposedly do insane drive gauge damage on block is just.. :steviej:

but manon medal 5 command grab damage, baby's first 50/50 with the st.fp -> fp target combo...:sadcam:

gief light spd range, spd punish counter...AA level 1...:ohlawd:

im conflicted as hell.

been grinding out the demo, started off loving luke and hating ryu, now ryu is fun as hell. might fukk around and end up lovin the entire cast on bullshyt

That's how fighting games should be, let everybody be broke in good ways, makes the fukkery way better.
You know what a couple of years ago I would have agreed with this but DBFZ kind of tried this method and it's still 3 characters in that game that are just too much. I know fighting games are always gonna have some characters that are better than others but when it gets to the point where you're fighting them and you're like why can this character do this? That's a problem.

So they definitely gonna have to hit the nerf button on some of this.

I know fighting games are always gonna have some characters that are better than others but when it gets to the point where you're fighting them and you're like why can this character do this? That's a problem.

That's not the case with DBFZ. You said yourself that they "kind of" tried it. When making a "everybody has bullshyt" fighting game you gotta go hard or go home. You can't dip your toe in the water. And if we're being honest everything about DBFZ screams half committed and scared(that game has a lot of issues but I digress)

I keep comparing SF6 to MKX because in MKX I would get that same "Why can this character do this?" feeling, but I kept noticing I was doing it with every character I fought:mjlol:

The overall point is wanting every character to have a fully loaded toolbox to explore and exploit. MKX has tiers like any other fighting game but every character has bullshyt to the point where most nikkas can get their shyt off.

Street Fighter 5 actually has a similar balance where EVERY character can eat but the difference with 6 is the increase in fukkery potential situations
