Not a chance I am bidding on Goldin. Why on earth would I pay 20% more on top of my purchase price? That seems criminal. I don't care what reasons those auction houses use, that's absurd.

It's annoying but just bid up to what you'd actually pay including the 20%. If 10K is your max, don't go higher than 8.5K on bidding.

I sent a counter offer of $1,600 for that Lamar Contenders ticket. I'm sure it will get rejected, but whatever.

How does something like this match up with a regular Jalen Hurt contenders auto PSA 10.

This one is numbered to 10. Is this a more sought after version because it's numbered?

Yeah, I find it extremely confusing. I just know it's listed for less than what I paid for my other Hurts rookie ticket card.

I might try and get it for $1,100 and hope I'm not paying too much.

Good thing I'm triple checking. I thought it was a PSA 10, and not just /10.

Ah, so that is someone that had the card and then had Mac sign it later? This isn't one where Mac signs a certain amount of cards.

I got a Luka 75th anniversary hoops Luka for $105 was that a decent price?
I been trying to find some decent stuff for a reasonable price that I think will hold value.

Edit: I know hoops isn't a premium brand and the Prizm 75th will probably come out as a better option but I dont have the money to spend $500+ on a card

105 on Hoops seems high. Paying the mark up on retail and ripping yourself is something to consider.

Its the 75th anniverssary parallel, its not in retail (which isn't out yet). I still paid less than a box for the card which makes it worthwhile for me, but I think you're right regarding the hoops brand value (the thing I really hate about this hobby).
I be more discerning about lower end purchases in the future.

It's tough to find bargains that have potential to blow up in the future unless it's an overlooked player. It sucks how priced out cards have become unless you have access to a good chunk of money.
