Do you have a degree? Not affordable and opportunity for something worthwhile is scarce. At least to me.

Yes, in economics.Do you have a degree?
Opportunities may be limited in Miami compared to other places yes, but if you eventually do get that gig that pays well, there isn't a place on planet Earth I'd rather be than Miami. Keep pushing bro.Yes, in economics.
Chinese buffets in general

That is so true. However, I'm going to law school. Ironically, I want to go to FAMU Law now. My low ass LSAT score may have something to do with that but I want to get away but still not far. It's a 3 hour drive or a 45 minute flight away from Miami.Opportunities may be limited in Miami compared to other places yes, but if you eventually do get that gig that pays well, there isn't a place on planet Earth I'd rather be than Miami. Just finish up so opportunities can open up for you. It'll be worth it without a doubt. That is so true. However, I'm going to law school. Ironically, I want to go to FAMU Law now. Yep. I'm sure they will because the first time in my life, I have feasible goals and a plan.Just finish up so opportunities can open up for you. It'll be worth it without a doubt.
Me too. When you live down there, you take everything for granted and don't care for much and think everything down there is whack. But once you leave, you realize how cold and mediocre the rest of the country is. Life outside South Florida is overrated....Got damn I miss it down there I think about South Florida every damn day
Yeah I remember hearing things were bad there. I think they had a gang land episode on it. I wanna say top six from I believe fort worth, or wait no. Damn I forgot the name of the city, maybe lake worth? Don't know if there's still a lot of crime up there.West Palm is lovely, but its also RAW!!
Yeah, Top 6 is what they're called. They were a Haitian clique in Lake Worth/Lantana. I lived in one of the neighborhoods where the clique got started, but we left looong before Top6 took over...Yeah I remember hearing things were bad there. I think they had a gang land episode on it. Yeah belle glade sounded familiar. I think their football team was really good. Haven't been following high school sports for a few years now. I think that's over by lake Okeechobee. I think Boca is the furthest I been in Palm beach unless it's a drive thru. My boy lives up there but I haven't seen him in a while.Yeah, Top 6 is what they're called. Lake Worth isn't as bad as Riviera Beach though. Riviera Beach and Belle Glade are probably the worst towns in Palm Beach County as far as crime.
I'm not from South Florida but I have a lot of friends and fam there so I'm always there.Me too. @BLAZO da GAWD I didn't know you were from South Florida tho...
You're one of the few New Yorkers who doesn't like NYC. Even the New Yorkers who move to South Florida still love NYC. What don't you like about up there?I'm not from South Florida but I have a lot of friends and fam there so I'm always there.
But yeah, you're definitely right. I was born and raised in NY and moved back here when I graduated college. I just don't understand how people say NYC is the GOAT of anything. I can go on for days about how NYC is wack.
