You're definitely gonna get burned. Use lots of sunscreen. The summers are constantly in the 90s and above. Right now it's 82 but the humidity makes it worse. You still have plenty of opportunity here with your job since it's practically a huge ocean life and you'll get to experience marine life from all over the Caribbean. I haven't really explored the ocean like that myself but the industry is big down here. You'll enjoy it, just gotta get used to being in the sun all day.
