I'm not aware of any people that live in downtown Miami breh, lmao, it's all commercial/office buildingsin what aspects? trying to really be lowkey but live comfortably out there. i don't see myself fw the glitzy nightlife scene heavy outside of dancehall/haitian spots.
i'll be working close to gov't center, so i'd be walking distance if i live downtown.
brickell seems cool, too, but seems more flashy andthan downtown. i've only been there twice so i have a small reference point.

really? i've seen a lot of condo units here near biscayne only a few blocks from the gov't center stop which i assumed were downtown, unless i have the neighborhoods messed up.

The rest technically are downtown but as you see, they're right next to Biscayne Boulevard so they prolly feel like Brickell in terms of character/the people that live there

It's not that you hate Miami it's just that you find yourself valuing good people when you meet them. The Miami culture is the problem. I work with a group of beer drinking truck driving cars and honestly I'm happier around them than a lot of people down there.
People are very classist. Especially black folks down here.
