I been thinking of moving to Tampa, unless I leave the state. It's still a big city, growing but still affordable somewhat. You can't raise a family in south Florida anymore.

I'm still with my people's so I'm just stacking and enjoying life. I'm making over 20% more than my last job and my bills are over 80% less now, so I'm able to save up much more. Gonna stack as much as I can this year. Goal is to hit atleast 20k on one account. I save like 50% of my check.

Anyways, went o this beach party in Hallandale yesterday...it was straight, lot of bad tings there
But I ain't snatch none
Also, was hungry as fukk cause I had not eaten damn near all day. Only had some cereal in my stomach that morning before heading out. My boy recommended stopping at Dutch Pot since I never had it, I'll be going back soon even tho he's told me there's better Jamaican spots. My only complaint would be the fact that they only serve you 2 plantains!!!! WTF!!

Breh buy somethingIt's getting ridiculous. Work in Sunrise and I'm riding with a co-worker to pollo earlier. We on the way back and there's a huge building being constructed. I look at the advertising on the gate and it says "2 and 3 bedrooms for 450,000".
Who would want to pay that much to live in Sunrise?I would try and get by the beach for that. What's the benefit other than the mall and restaurants around it? Especially for a place in a building. You can probably get a decent house for half that price. Plus I think you gotta put 20% down on apartments and condos so how many people even have 90k for a down payment, let alone even 9k?

All my brothers on my dad side live in West Palm Beach. Boring city though. I usually end the trip by doing the drive to Miami/Broward.

Always wanted Chef Creole to expand his restaurant but I understand that is a Miami staple and draws in many tourist and visitors! Arguably some of the best, well cooked food I had.
Next time I hit my Miami which will be soon as always Im going to try other Haitian spots.
