i wonder who they have as analysts....i mean, emulation isnt mainstream and its been around forever. how could they not think that NES mini wasnt going to sell out...that shyt was a no brainer...im mean gat damn, even my moma copped one and shes 65The Switch was/is a huge success that exceeded Nintendos expectations, and manufacturing consoles takes time. Add that they were also making enough SNES Classics and 2Dxls for their launches, I think Nintendo did alright.
Nintendo made mentioned that they made 9 million units of the NES classic and didn't expect it to sell out like it did. With the upcoming releases of the Switch, 2Dxl, and SNES Classics (as well as Amiibos) they couldn't just limit those upcoming releases just to produce more NES Classics which they plan on making of for next year.
