I can't believe some people are bytching because he didn't pick Shazam

He was pretty much made for Black Adam, plus he has his Hollywood, Corporate, and Nation heel personas to tap into

Well i think the star name attached to the lead charactor is what people were hoping for but yeah he is clearly a better choice for teth adam AND black adam than he is for shazam

It's gonna be hard to find an actor that has the charisma to face off against the rock in a role that he is perfect for.

I hope they ditch goyer and let Geoff Johns do the writing duties. His JSA run defined black Adam and captain marvel for this generation

I can see Patrick Warburton as captain marvel. He looks the part and he has the charisma and comedy chops to carry the role. He'll just have to the gym and bulk up. Then after he kills that role they can bring back the tick

I'm genuinely surprised The Rock picked Black Adam because I'm almost certain he could've easily gotten the Shazam part if he wanted, but it's a good thing because The Rock was meant to be Shazam. Now they just need to get Joe Manganiello, a bunch of decent kid actors and go!

i find it hard to believe they would hire someone as big as the rock to play a one off villain like that. plus he tweeted #antihero so maybe there are plans of a spinoff or some shyt like that.

i don't expect him to die in this movie.

Probably a Loki type deal and be the main villain in 2-3 movies
