Yup round 1 was all body jabs by Ward. All Kov hit was that jab that snapped his head.

Ward did more in that round then Kovalev despite Kov landing that one significant punch. But he didn't win that round to me, i dont know what the fukk everyone else was watching

Finally had a chance to watch props to the full links posted . I had Ward winning by a round/maybe two. Sergie wanted no types of those body shots or inside fighting/you could see the despair on his face. Ward was able to control/do his thing with that.The wrestling bothered Kovalev imo. I don't see Ward beating him any easier in rematch though, Physically he is a tough out for Andre, not necessarily style wise.

Kovalev is not big in the US. Stop it. GGG is big in the US. Mayweather. I've attended 4 of Kovalevs fights and he's never been a huge draw. And he most likely never will. It really ain't that hard of a thought to fathom- Russian guy fighting an American gold medalist in America with 3 American judges. Aren't you supposed to include an international judge when you have American vs foreign fights to ensure the judging isn't biased?

And yes Teddy did feel Ward was gonna win. And he stated that. But he also stated after the fight online and to me in person he gave it to Kovalev by 1 round. When I asked him why he didn't state his score on ESPN, he said he wasn't asked to. He was asked how did Ward come back to win the fight, and he answered it.

That's literally not true bro. American judges aren't the only judges used in American boxing. This is fact. The commissions choose the judges and relay their choices to the camps. If the camps agree they move forward but camps can object a different option if they feel the need to. Same with refs.

So why wasn't this a talking point prior to Kov losing breh?

And can you drop the 7 clear rounds you scored for Kov which were not close?
