It powers on and shuts off after 20 mins for over heating. I took it to a local shop they had it for a month and couldn’t repair it

Take it to GameStop and use the credit to get the Pro. I did this with my old Fat PS5 3 yrs ago. I needed it to work for those 10 secs when they turn it on to verify. I got my credit bought the slim Ps5 and ran outta there lol

Yeah. You'll just have to keep the disc in the PS5 anytime you play.
