Only about 30 minuteso into Far Cry but so far, so good.
I've never played a Far Cry title so this was my introduction to the franchise.
Gamedealdaily'sir price tags are clutch. Really seemed like one of those things that was too good to be true.
I was going to pay 45+ for this two weeks ago via Amazon, too.
Glad I waited.

I will say that after playing a little more, these controls in FC4 aren't that good, imo.
And the driving is some of the worst seen, and that's with me putting it back on classic from the horrible default setup.
shyt almost gives me motion sickness.

I'm somewhat into it.
The story is lackluster but I enjoy the open world and exploring, however it's the little things that are really starting to bother me.
Constant eagle attacks. Bullets seem to be going through animals.
A feral dog ate at least 6 bullets.
Weird controls.
Having to hold square to enter/exit doors and vehicles.
Can't holster weapon.
Terrible voice acting.
The driving.
Can't stress enough how terrible driving is, and it's compounded by the fact I've been playing GTA heavy.
I wasn't expecting Driveclub and I know this is a FPS first and foremost but Jesus Christ.
