Where can I find the PS now theme? I checked under settings --> themes and in the PS store under extras --> Themes but cant see it

Worked a long ass day at work and got about 2 games of TLOU in before servers called it quits. PSN servers is trash. If they did this on purpose they are retarded. Don't wait till everyone gets home from work and school to do "maintenance," of w.e the fukk it is.
