Sluggish?? Something must be wrong with your PS4 because I'm floored by how responsive it feels right now. Everything feels fast and zippy. Menu transitions are instantaneous and the themes just breath new life into the UI. It must be because(No trolling) I just came from using the Xbox 1 for a few hours to play Sunset Overdrive(Fun game) and that UI was kind of slower and not as cohesive. It looked messy. I'm not a fan of the metro live tile thing Microsoft got going on.

Tech hasn't been good to me lately.
PS4's UI is anything but sluggish(including the store). Maybe you were accessing the store during the high activity when the update dropped which can sometimes cause a slower store but now it's super fast.
I just turned it on, and it was only sluggish upon loading it (a minor hiccup....I'm used to ssd speed). Everything else was fast as hell. I think it might have fixed itselfYeah man you must've gotten some cursed power supply or something.
I heard SSD speeds improve the PS4 load times even more(they're fine to me) but I honestly find the PS4 really fast to the point where I don't even need to do that.
It was only hiccuped when I started the system (nothing serious, just not a smooth as butter start). After that everything was fast as shyt (you're right much faster than before). I think my shyt is okay
