Unless you're going to be away from the console for like a week or so, you should always have it in standby.

If you are not in the know, until PS4 adds DLNA capabilities you can actually watch your library through the web client on PS4 through the plex website.
Simply download and install the server on your computer and visit the website on your PS4 and you'll be able to watch your movies fullscreen just like you were at a computer.

Not shocking, the Gamestop Regional Manager where I live said that during MS DRM debacle, Gamestops had ceased taking Xbone preorders and pushed the 4 due to MS trying to pump fake them out the game. pissing off Rapestop was not a good move.
