Yes, you can play it until you are no longer a ps+ member, then it goes away.

i think you can survive entirely off ps+ if you wanted to. only game i purchased in the last 4 months is Last of Us, i've been feasting off ps+. my 3 month subscription expired a few weeks ago, went ahead and picked up that yearly pass.

You'll only need internet to dl them intially. After that, you're good as long as you're still a member.
But if u have no internet. How would Sony kno ur subscription is up? Is ps+ tied internally to the Ps3 somehow or not?
