This... is not cool tho.

At one point there was a milk man, at one point a blockbuster. Adapt

Soon companies won't even use models for ads because you can just generate someone with ai

I get it. It's still different territory where artistic and creative work is being automated like where things are headed. This is not a repetitive straight forward process that is being replaced.

And I'm sure eventually companies and people won't even need to use a photographer because they'll be some technology that comes along that disrupts and replaces this shyt too.

:hubie:

Why hire a photographer to cover your event, when the venue has the new PhotoBot that never misses a shot and has built in focal lengths that range from 16mm to 150mm to get every type of shot needed and sends the edited photos to clients immediately after being shot.

The future, lets adapt

Added on to @FireMikelArteta and @GoldenGlove , we have seen this very thing recently in this industry. Canon just posted quarter reports, smartphones effectively killed the P&S and entry level DSLR market. On the new phones you have features to adjust or simulate almost any lens effect you can think of. Forget post work production where peeps like @8WON6 might spend 30min/hour smoothing/texture/details on portraits, those days are quickly going by the wayside.
