Just grab a camera and shoot shoot shoot.
The time spent trying to get the “perfect camera” for your budget is time lost you could have been creating and stretching your creativity.
In the end, gear is just a tool for the artist. It’s like carpenters going back and forth and what hammer they should use. When you think about it, it doesn’t make sense. Just grab what works for you and get to work on your craft. If your budget is tight that’s cool. Don’t let it discourage you. Work with what you can. To hell with the quality and work on being able to express yourself and share your passion.

I posted this over the PC thread, wanted to share it here especially since a lot of us do photography work. Microcenter has these Dell 49" UltraSharp Pro Series 5K monitors on sale right now for $1,199. I had 2 older Dell UltraSharp 23" monitors that were going, picked up this 49", what a jump! Supports multiple apps/programs on the screen including side-by-side. Also has picture-by-picture mode, where you can split the screen between 2 different sources/machines. Has HDMI/DP/USB-C inputs and outs.

I agree with this 100%. Just get something and start shooting.

I’ve seen a few Canon RP’s on fredmiranda.com in the $700’s, which is crazy for a full frame Canon mirrorless.

If you want something directly from Canon, you could get an M50 with two lens kit for $670 with an extra 10% off with code HOLIDAY19.
