Where are the best places to cop used gear besides ebay?
Pawn shops
Especially ones in the suburbs. They under price electronics all the time from kids getting into expensive hobbies and such and deciding they don’t want to do them.

I used to the Carl zeiss 85 1.4. It’s manual focus but god like.
The 50 1.8 is alright for the price I paid but I need some better lenses especially with more high profile jobs coming up.
The main reason I got a Sony is cause I was working with this dude who had all the lenses and he started acting funny style so I’m on my own for now haha.

I applied for a "Creative Designer and Production Manager" position with the city a little over 2 months ago.
Description was basically to be the city's professional videographer creating videos to highlight events and landmarks and also film city hall meetings every Tuesday night.
They asked for some sample works a few weeks ago and now they want to meet in person.

They went a bit too heavy on the make-up on the cheeks and nose but the picture is really good. :SNAKESALUTE:I took this last weekend. I have a few more, but I’ll probably post those up over the weekend when I have more time for retouching.
I think that was on purpose. I don't think that her skin isn't the greatest and I had to do a lot of retouching.

its kind good to OD on those areas if you got a good retoucher. cuts down on potential hot spots from strobes if the model starts sweating
The pawn shops around me have been terrible for camera gear. When I do come across something it is pretty old. I did come across a Tamron 70-200 lens but that's about it.

Look at her IG story and see what she posted about a photographer she shot with. Yall may know him as @thecamking and likely have seen his page online. This is like the second(possibly more) time that he got called out for the same exact thing. The chick made a good point, i mean what serious photographer who calls himself a man would have an onlyfans. I mean i get it we joke about it on here but he can't give an excuse for that
Months ago that Katanah Tease chick made the same complaints about him and she also unfollowed dude.
I'm just bringing this up as a reminder for those who said several times in here that the worst thing you can do is became a photographer with a horrible reputation. I wouldn't be shocked if the guy is a coli member either lol. So those of you in here who told me about how fast a reputaton can tarnish in photography are 100 percent right. The first girl i mentioned Katanah Tease that called him out for this months ago has almost 500K followers now so imagine how much her warning other models would damage him. The guy is a walking Me-Too case and lacks any foresight. Its not just women but photographers also that should avoid guys like this.
