using to post on social media is fair game. the selling of the book... thats another thing. you'd have to draft up a general release form that all attendees would have to sign prior to buyin tickets or entering the event. if they dont do that, you end up having to hunt people down who's faces are recognizable in shots winding up in the book. u can def get sued just puttin people in a book and sellin it

Just got my gimbal in today. My boy has the Crane 2 which comes with a follow focus and higher weight capacity which is actually overkill for the both of us since the follow focus isn't compatible with our GH5's and the extra weight capacity isn't absolutely necessary. The crane 2 is great and I expect this Crane Plus to perform just as well. I'll find out for sure this weekend. We're going to be shooting a music video.

My wife copped me one of these for X-mas and haven't used it much yet. Hopefully that changes over the summer.

It's a very impressive piece of equipment. You definitely have to give it a try if you are doing any video.
Very easy to set up and the results are amazing.

Yup I got the crane v2, it's a must if you work with dslrs and/or mirrorless cameras.

Only downside is it works better with lighter lenses, anything above 600g (about a pound) starts to cause issues in my experience and especially when you're using adapters which add even more weight.

Yeah the V2 is the one a step down from the Crane Plus. The crane Plus has a 5.5 pound limit. That's perfect for my needs. The GH5 body is a little over a pound so I'm good to go, and I would say most people would be fine with the crane plus unless you're getting into the really heavy cameras.
