I'd just crop the first image and maintain the same aspect ratio. It wouldn't take much to crop out the lady on her phone on the left side of the frame.

Brehs I shot a wedding yesterday let me tell you it was the hardest thing I've ever done, I was on my feet for like 12 hours, everything was inside in a darkly lot cavern , Didn't even have time to eat, my hand is killing me a now I have like almost 3000 images to sort through.

Never doing this again

Note:
A couple at my church photographer cancelled on them literally a few days before because of an emergency. So they asked me I should have said no :to:

Wedding photography can be a racket, I did it for 2 years as 2nd shooter to a pro, learned a lot. Did it on my own for about 2 yrs after that. Our days would run 8-12hrs easy. Bride and Groom would always take care of us on food. Some churches have a no-flash policy, in that case pull out the fast lenses. I can honestly say I enjoyed it and made pretty good money at it, although a few times I hired a 2nd shooter to cover things I couldn't.

Did any of you guys go to school for this?

Do people ever give you weird looks you shooting them or do you do it discreetly?
I don't get many weird looks. I'm not intrusive when I shoot street stuff. Plus people are usually in a hurry so they aren't worrying about me capturing a scene

Gonna start my photography insta, start doing more street (I got a number of photos but did not find them good.)

Did not intend to edit my photos to look filmy but its just how I rolled with these. Did not care about dimensions, either.

Thanks. What gets me about that first one is how much potential it would have had if I moved 6 feet to my right that day:mjcry:

But the lady in the photo was originally in a group taking photos along the edge of a cliff near the beach. I walk up camera in hand and her group starts to disband before I could get them.

Lady and her husband walk past me...I hear her say "Wow, I've never seen it like this before."

Bruh, she gave me a layup. Turned around, set my settings quick as fukk, and caught her and that magic hour light. Love when my pictures have stories to em.

:ohhh:Bookmarking this thread.

Once I get my camera and accessories (hopefully next month), I should provide some content to see if yall approve. I bought a old Nikon camera from a Goodwill for 3 dollars. Fresh out the box without no damages. It's not a good camera for what I want to do hence why I'm trying to get something with a bit of vintage feel.

I seen the thread and thought it was related to gaming. Once I checked it out I was like:dwillhuh::whoo::krs:. Folks going in on this thread. I'm still window shopping for a camera, so far I'm looking into the FujiFilm Instax Mini 90 Neo Classic, since it has a old school feel to the photos which I'm trying to go for :myman:. Plus it's within my budget.

Just remember, that is an instant camera, so you don't get to do digital wizardry with it. It takes the photo, spits out the picture, and thats it. Also you have to buy instax film.

Thats cool if you were taking photos with it and then taking photos of the photos (:mindblown:). If you are interested in cheap digital, you could always start with a lil point-and-shoot like I did.
Bought a Sony PnS for $100 something years ago and had fun with it till I needed to graduate to something else. If you check craigslist, you can get fairly recent ones for far less than $100 and
achieve the old school look with post processing. Half the time, getting an old look just requires messing with contrast, possibly adding grain, and changing the color balance.
