what would y'all say is the most important part of getting these CLEAR pictures
camera, lens, editing, or something else?
I currently have a D5300.. 2 prime lenses, 2 kits... the pictures are in focus and coming out clear, but i see some of these in here and it's like i'm looking at it in real life
on another note, i've been playing around in lightroom with my latest pics, and finished up my first ever batch of edited photos
i've had this camera about 8 months now, and i see exactly what I'm doing wrong. a lot of bad framing.. a lot of extra shyt in the picture that should have been cleared off before i took it.. and having zero knowledge of photoshop where i can edit out things i don't like..... but again... this is my first time so be gentle
but i'd definitely like some advice on what you like and don't like about these.. i'll upload 5-10 of what i think were my best so far. so on the next batch i can do them a little better
lighting seems a little harsh on some the night shots. I think you were you using the pop up flash on a couple and those flashes are unflattering. The day time portraits aren't bad. Looks like maybe you were cranking up that noise reduction or clarity. Overall I'd say lighting/exposure.what would y'all say is the most important part of getting these CLEAR pictures

by clear, ima guess you mean sharpnes. thats typically lens and shutter speed. and also ISO. a lot a mufukkas early on be shooting high ass ISO cuz they shooting in the dark with no light. ISO makes shyt grainy and fukks up your colors if your exposure isnt spot on.what would y'all say is the most important part of getting these CLEAR pictures

I'd say lens and also stability aka using a tripod and knowing how to use lighting.

check out some of these pics from pixelpeeper to see what that 35mm 1.8 that you have is capable of.

neewer and yonguo make decent flashes that are like 50, theres even one thats like 30thanks brehs... i'm seeing a common factor and it appears to be lighting/ISO settings
yes i am using the pop up flash.. i got a little cheap one in this pack i bought, but it's not worth a damn so i don't use it.. is there a good flash that any of y'all would recommend?
Got a new canon for Christmas what lenses should I get ?
camera experts I need some help, what kinda lens to you have to use (or get) to have your pics look dated like early 90's
ex:
That's not a lens, more of a filter/plug in that can give that effect. Check this out..
