I don't think he has a character at all. He has an entrance and a taunt to spam for 2K games. And that entrance is corny as fukk and will definitely be cut down if/when he goes to the main roster and in big arenas. I thought maybe he was Native American and that's where this archer of infamy bullshyt came from, but he's Puerto Rican so

I'm sure HHH has had that entrance in his head for 3 years just waiting to find the right person to give it to.
