A big NWA deal is set to expire soon, and we’ve learned more about that deal.

Kamille has been the anchor of the National Wrestling Alliance’s women’s division for several years, with a history World Title reign under her belt. However, as things stands, it appears as if she’s poised to leave the company on January 1.

NWA sources claim that Kamille gave her notice to the company back in October. She’d retained a six month option that would have seen an increase in pay, but instead she had opted to move on.

Kamille has had WWE tryouts in the past, two since 2016, including when she had no wrestling experience. Canyon Ceman, who is now out of the company, took an interest in her.

Details have been fuzzy on the relationship between the National Wrestling Alliance and The CW television network. For example, the debut of NWA content on The CW app was slipped under the radar without an official announcement. Before that, there were rumors of the NWA inking a TV deal, then there were rumors of heat over a fake cocaine snort during an NWA PPV that may have put them on thin ice. This whole story has been a huge mystery. At least, we now have one piece of concrete information.

The NWA officially announced a date for new programming on The CW app. Get ready for fresh episodes of NWA Powerrr coming February 6. The CW app promotes itself as, “Available everywhere. No login. No subscription. Just FREE.”

National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) star and cancer survivor Blk Jeez, legal name Darnell Kittrell, survived an attempted carjacking on Thursday, January 11, at approximately 7 p.m. in Philadelphia. Kittrell, who was in his vehicle, was approached by four masked men. In the course of the incident, one of the assailants shot Kittrell in the hip, resulting in a non-life-threatening injury.

Kittrell, who possesses a permit to carry a gun, used his legally registered firearm to defend himself and returned fire. The suspects fled the scene, and investigators are currently reviewing surveillance footage for leads. Kittrell was taken to a local hospital and is recovering.

Scheduled to make his return to action at NWA Paranoia on Saturday January 13 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, after a courageous battle with cancer, Kittrell faced a setback due to the unfortunate incident. Diagnosed with multiple myeloma in the spring of 2023, a form of blood cancer that develops in plasma cells in the bone marrow, Kittrell's journey has been one of resilience and determination.

In response to the incident, Kittrell expressed his gratitude for the support, stating, "I was looking forward to making my return this weekend. I would love to make the trip regardless of the soreness and pain that I'm in. However, my gut tells me to stay home with my family this weekend. I look forward to making my return at the next NWA event. Thank you to everyone for your continued support."
