Corgan gotta be hoping he got another Ricky Starks type talent in his "rookie" signings to bring some eyes to the show because signing guys like Tyrus and Chris Masters ain't it.
i think theyre going for sympathy angle, with aaron stevens being question mark's tag partner.
theyre gonna go all out with the emotion. they'll prolly drop some videos this week, building on it and teasing a title change.
still not looking good for them tho.

Agreed. You'd think they'd want a better worker in there so they can deliver a great main event match.
I'm sure they will do some videos to make Stevens a more believable contender but at the end of the day he's still Damian friggin Sandow. Nothing wrong with having him on the card but as the main event World title challenger? Doesn't bode well for their roster at all.
What's scary is that he might actually have a legit chance of winning, given recent events, and the fact that Aldis's reign has been the tree that fell in the forest with no one around to see it.
Nothing surprises me anymore but I wouldn't expect that one. If they want to take the belt off Aldis so they can do the babyface chases the title storyline as the way to kick off the new era of Power, cool, but not Aron fukkin Stevens.
Pandemic really ruined their roster. They lost Eli Drake to NXT, James Storm to Impact, Eddie Kingston and Ricky Starks to AEW, and every one of those guys would be 10x the opponent for Aldis that Stevens is.
Question Mark just died, so it doesn't matter what they were doing last year, Stevens is a face now. And I think there's more than enough proof that it's time to at least try something other than Aldis. He's had the belt for almost three years, and I don't know that I could make an argument that any of it has mattered.
