This is sorts related but not really but seeing the trailer drop in my YT feed, then seeing the comments...in less than 2 mins there were thousands of comments...now there are over 30K in an hour

Just reminds me of Aubrey's claims of dot shyt being botted so quickly with likes and comments.

Hybrid Console, Motion Controls, Dual screen and touch screen Nintendo has innovated. Granted, they had their misses like the Gamepad and 3D. I wonder if VR will be a thing with the new Switch perhaps?

They've dipped their hand into AR, but I doubt they'll dip their hand into VR since Sony has already crashed and burned there

Tbh Xenoblade 3 and TOTK will run better just form being on better hardware frame rate wise.

They def gonna repackage BOTW and TOTK as releases, but the emphasis on 4k versions. Prob seperate releases. Xenoblade is the other one I would want to play in 4k if they create a definitive version for it as a 3 pack. Tho I would need a lot of fukking time

I’ll gladly play…for now I’ll be buying up used first party switch games as we speak.

Just remembering we still haven't gotten Prime 2 and 3 yet on switch. With Prime 4 being out this year supposedly.

Also still betting on Smash Bros Ultimate getting a definitive edition for this gen. Like let the breh Sakurai take this gen off. Create a fukking decent online for the game add some of the offline features and I guess one more dlc pack and call it a wrap. There is literally no need for a brand new smash game this gen outside those smash bros competitors who still be playing melee in 2025.

Hoping the Star Fox Adventures rumors are true .

On another note I wonder when Nintendo going to allow announcements for games for the new system. Unlike with the Switch 1, you know devs wanted to put out games for Switch 2.

Also after a year at most I am betting no more cross gen games for the Switch.

They've never has a console just be the same name with a 2 at the end. The closest they came is the Wii U whatever that meant.

I think they'll do what Sony did with the PS5 and the games that aren't graphics intensive/3rd party games will still be switch 1 games for the sake of pricing and marketshare.

Like a game like hollow knight silksong probably won't take advantage of switch 2 capabilities, so won't be surprised if that's releasing on switch 1
