Maybe. I also think he’s at least self aware enough to know his image is in the tank and is smart enough to not go after two of the guys in the game with the most sympathy and love from the people behind them right now.
Plus he can sue all he wants, but he won’t stop anything. You can’t win a lawsuit against people for using their own likeness to make a living—especially not when you most likely stole from them.
