I used to use it to run/edit my BNC on IRC...show scratches my inner nerd like nobody's business :noah:

can you give me quick explanation of BNC? i'm a application developer by trade and i picked up most of my sys-admin type knowledge on the side.

is it basically for hiding the identity of a client connecting to a server? that's crrazy if true. i didn't know u could do that.

right now i swear by ssh and ssh tunnels but with ssh i think you can determine who the client is you just can't know what they are sending since it is encrypted.
