I was expecting a little bit more from this, especially between Alex and her father, seeing as he wasn't able to attend the graduation. But they put Phil's focus on Mitch/Cam and Haley/Andy. They stretched out a love angle for two seasons. Kudos to the writers. Gloria was beasting tonight as usual. Now that the actress who plays Alex now has been emancipated from her mother, I think she'll have some fulfilling storylines next season. Didn't get a lot of Lilly deadpan delivery, so that was a bummer. All in all, this was a good season, especially towards the back end.

Only Phil could not physically be in an episode, but still bring most of the humor. Agreed about him not really having time with Alex. With her going off to college, I'm not sure is she will be in less episodes next season.
They could have done without Gloria's cousin. Beth having Haley shook was good.

If Ty Burrell wasn't on that show it would've been cancelled by season 2, i can't stand when Claire & Alex get together because all they do is make fun of Phil and act superior towards everyone else.

Not the best episode. Cam's braces joke got stale fast. I notice the camera always seems to pan in on Alex's boobs. Not complaining but it really seemed obvious this season. I thought Haley was a G. Can't believe she let that blonde chick scare her like that. What happened to crazy bytch Haley?
Finally caught the finale. Truthfully, it felt like the part 1 to another episode and even then, it still felt very unfinished.
Phil stole the show with the tablet/ segway setup. For an episode that was about Alex, she wasn't too prominently featured which I didn't like. It's good to see more from her and Claire. Especially since her breakdown at the therapist's office remains a top 10 MF moment.
Cam's braces seemed hella out of left field. I'm not sure that it will matter as I expect them to be off by the next season premiere. Mitchell had grown on me even more even thought they don't really do anything with those characters.
Haley is one bad PYT. Her falling in love with Andy still hasn't sold me and I would have been more happy with her accepting that it won't work and moving on and growing up since that is her pitfall. Beth has some big ol titties don't she. I'm surprised that she didn't stab her outright.
Gloria and Jay are always cool together. Her knowing the street value and that dress were classic Gloria tropes.
I wonder how they will continue to incorporate Alex into the show as she has always been one of my favorite characters. They can't just make her flunk out of school like Haley and I know Ariel isn't letting that check go so I'm interested in seeing how they pull it off. This has been a great season. They continue to know it out of the park. Can't wait for damn, is it season 7 already. This is another one of my Top shows. Can't wait.
