This why i feel more American footballers should do wrestling if they don't already. Rugby guys do some and stuff like breaking tackles requires balance. Tom got at least 30 pounds on dude

I know its short notice fight and alex is must see. But this dude only got 1 win in the top 15 and got popped for peds (apparently accidental)
the best grappler they've given him is Jan and Jan had to learn how to wrestle after he got to the UFC, he was getting ragdolled by wrestlers/grapplers when he first got there. that Ankalaev fight should have been made, that's the one I need to see.
