Real talk, I think Conor is bipolar and possibly has other mental health problems. It would explain a lot of his insane ups and down in the past few years, and it's also a disorder that gets worse with time.
I think this loss broke something in him. The way he was yelling and screaming at Dustin while sitting with a broken leg was just pathetic and ridiculous. Talking about fighting him in the parking lot...as if his leg wasn't split in half and being held together by plastic boards.
It was like watching a comic book villain yell at the hero that it's not over.
I think Conor realizes that he made choices to chase the bag over cementing a legacy, and it's killing him inside. I think he knows his prime is over, and he has no idea how to handle it, and he's lashing out with venom at everyone.
I'd feel sorry for him if he hadn't shown himself to be a goon too many times now.
