Sage has more MMA experience than Cosmo. Cosmo's last MMA fight was in 2016. It was supposed to be a winnable fight for Sage, you know...as long as he remembered he could wrestle.
plus hes 37 year old, people acting like they threw Sage in there with Rico Verhoeven or somthing.

Facts are yeah they coulda fed Sage a can....but on paper Sage should have been able to mix it up and grapple a win or gas the old man out.

That kid just isnt great, period and One found out sooner rather than later :yeshrug:

From the same gym that Francis Ngannou came from before moving to Vegas, he looks way more skilled, he was a kickboxer first and got legit wins at HW

I don't really fukk with HWs but dude is easily the best HW prospect in MMA, only a matter of time before UFC gives him that call. Not shown in this clip but he's one of the few HWs that I've actually seen throw a real jab, and have actual footwork. By this point he already had dude busted up and ready to go so he just bombed him out.

I've mentioned this before, but I feel like it's a little bit eerie that no one seems to give a fukk about Tony Ferguson's well-being :patrice:

Every time they mention his upcoming match they just talk about how much of a banger it's supposed to be.

Didn't his wife just get a restraining order as a means to get him help because he was in the crib raging and being a mad man :gucci:

They didn't get into the details but no matter what the truth is, shyt like that doesn't just heal up like a bad ankle. Not a single MMA journalist has questioned whether this is a good move or not. They just keep talking about how they can't wait for the fight.

Maybe I'm just clutching my pearls but I'm legit worried and alarmed that no one has even slightly raised the question.
I'm slightly concerned. he didn't do anything violent and I think since he sought help immediately and his supported him that people rallied behind him and wanted to see him do well. So in that sense it's one of the more positive reactions I've seen to a famous person having a mental health crisis. On the flip side though, like you said, this is a very fast return. I am crossing my fingers that the doctors and professionals know what they're doing. I don't think blows to the head could help his situation, but hopefully they won't make it much worse.

Ferg has been my favorite fighter for about 5 years now, so I really hope he wins the fight with minimal damage in the process and continues to take his meds, stay healthy, and have a good career.

I definitely feel your concern though, and I share it a bit myself.
