Its amazing how dana raced to tell the media there would be an interim ww belt before woodley had even gone to surgery. But whittaker is giving us the timescale of his return being in 2019 and its just been crickets.

All through his press conference post fight he wasnt giving the media anything but apathy "i dont give a shyt about brock i just want to be with my daughter and family" now hes chiming in? UFC got the result they wanted and are thrilled not to have to deal with him. He'll be treated like aldo

Bellator has announced their WW tourney, not sure why McDonald will be in the tourney. Aside from staying active, you would think the winner would get a title shot 
. Also not sure why Lima/Koreshkov 3 is an opening round fight. At least MVP will be fighting some solid competition

I'm not about to complain about Lima vs Koreshkov again but that really could have been a finale with how good both are. I wonder how they picked the first round. The Rory thing is REALLY weird because he's got the 185 title fight booked already and apparently these will all be 5 rounders with his belt on the line whenever he fights. MVP and Ruth get real tests; RoMac vs the best of the division; Larkin with a chance to get back on a run...I kinda love this ish. I don't get Daley being left out.
Silva "cleared" and eligible to return for November, I can definitely see UFC making Adesanya vs Silva for the last quarter of the year. Whittaker & Gastelum tied up until 2019, Romero moving to LHW, Rockhold injured and reportedly moving to LHW, Costa wants Weidman, Branch and Jacare are supposed to fight, Brunson and Antonio Silva supposed to fight, not alot of other options out there. UFC wants to push Adesanya, might as well give him a name.
